Return Policy

To return a product, please call us from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST at 1-800-523-3377. Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.

We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions to ensure the products you select for purchase have the right dimensions, ANSI duty ratings and features. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, 1800ladders.com offers returns for credit or exchange within 30 days. If you didn't get the product you expected or received a damaged product, our hassle-free return policy will enable speedy and hassle-free returns. Products sold on 1800ladders.com are shipped from warehouses around the US, so we may need to work with third parties to ensure your product is returned to the right facility. Some products may not be eligible for return if they have been damaged. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

After talking with our customer care representatives, please:

  1. Package the shipment in the original packaging and include the packing slip that came with the original shipment.
  2. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. Include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the packaging or packing slip as instructed by our customer service team.

What to expect:

We'll address your unique situation with the shipper and warehouse of origin. Submitting a return can take a few days. In most instances we will provide you with a RMA number to track the product as it ships back to the warehouse. Some returns may incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product's price. Re-stocking fees depend on the reason the product needs to be returned, the condition of the product(s) and the time that has passed since your order was placed. When merchandise is not defective but the buyer wishes to return it, the restocking fee helps to cover cost of fulfillment, processing and shipment of the merchandise. Re-stocking fees may be incurred if:

*The product was not damaged in shipment, but the buyer changes their mind about the purchase within 30 days of purchase and returns the item in its original condition.

*A restocking fee will not be charged if the buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage that occurred during shipment.

Refund Method

Once a return has been approved, the buyer will receive a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
